Understanding a language you don't know
well it's been a long time since i posted something so here it is! during this week i encounter something i thought i'll never encounter the same event again but god does love to prove me wrong. earlier this week i was picking up my little siblings and on the front of the car park therer the is this gate for the entrance, since i knew it was best to be polite, i would always hold the door open to other parents or adults wanting to past the gate. there was this specific old lady who was walking slow but she was near the gate so i asked if she wanted the to go through the gate and she nodded. when she finally got there, she all of a sudden talked to me in Canto something about getting sunburn coz she was pointing to the sun and stroke me cheek. Since i am VIET, i had no idea what she was saying but had to pretend to understand to be polite. Later when i arrived a the car i realised my mother saw the whole thing and laughing at it the whole time. today i brought the certificate my bestie Steph made for me to school to show my other friends, and oh did they find it cute. well yea... till next time ^^
