Stupid Habits : No.1
Reading a scary or thriller novel late at night then being unable to fall asleep due the case of over thinking the plot or being scared that maybe something like the plot will happen to me (full of fear to think clearly) thus making me stay up all night until I fall asleep without noticing or waiting for the sun to start rising then go to sleep Great just great.
